After shaking the can, take aliquot (10-20 mL) urine in metal-free scintillation vial available from AmPath (NO PRESERVATIVE).Use powder free gloves while specimen collectionPatient should avoid intake of vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements for 7 days prior to sample collection
