Send 24 hrs urine in 10 ml 6N HCl.Mention total volume of 24 hrs urine on TRF. Keep sample in dark during the span of collection, away from heat and sunlight.Patient should not consume Vit B supplement, coffee, banana, alpha-methy DOPA, MAO inhibitors, COMT inhibitors as well as medication related to hypertention - for at least 72 hrs prior to initiating sample collection.Provide detailed clinical history alongwith radiological findings and history of medication.
