Provide detailed clinical history along with history of ATT, if any. All positive cultures may be subjected to reflex sensitivity tests for 1st line and 2nd line anti-tubercular drugs. However a separate requisition is required for processing such tests.Ideally 3 consecutive days` sputum and urine sample should be cultured for sensitive detection of AFB
