Instruction
Collect fasting blood and urine specimen. Then administer 75gm of glucose orally (or 1.75gmm/kg body wt.). Collect blood and urine samples at 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes and 150 minute label and note time drawn on each tube, urine vial and TRF.
