Add 10 mL of 6N HCl to 10 mL urine sample DO NOT use bananas, pineapple, nuts, avocado, brinjal, plum, tomoto or drugs such as Fluorouracil, Melphanan, Paracetamol, Acetaminophen, Heparin, L-Dopa, Imipramine, Isoniazid, MAO inhibitors, Phenothiazines, Promethazine, alcoholic bevarages, caffeine, tea/coffee, tobocco or strenous exercise at least 72 hours before the specimen collection.Mention clinical details (history, CT SCAN,USG and medication) on TRF.
