Instruction
Collect fasting blood and urine sample (0 hour sample). Then administer 75gm of glucose orally by dissolving in 300-350 mL of drinking water (or 1.75gm/kg body wt.). Collect blood and urine samples at 60 minutes and 90 minutes intervals. Note time drawn on sample container.
